gonna get a homecooked meal tonight!
we can't move into the new place yet because of some defects that need to be corrected, so we're stuck in yew tee till the end of this month. when my big brother comes back next week, he may have to sleep in the kitchen hahaha. my mum and i went to the salvation army at potong pasir (never been there before) yesterday but it was quite run-down and we didn't find anything there. after that we went to ikea. it was a dreary day yesterday, wasn't it? the sky was dark, the roads were wet... if only we had stayed home, then we could have taken a nice cosy nap. :)
this morning i went for my first basic theory lesson. yeah i finally signed up for my driving lessons haha. next time when i pass then we'll take out the ba zhang (dumpling) plate and paste on the car, front and back, for one year...then hopefully nobody will bully me on the road if not i wouldn't know what to do!!
other news... we got the letter telling us we can collect the digi cam already! yay!
plus... we've been out all day for so many days, the last time we ate at home was DAYS ago. finally mum's cooking my favourite soup tonight. :O)
and finally... i've started on this book called "the heavenly man". really powerful book. i seldom read Christian books somehow, but i can't seem to find any novels these days that don't have sex/vulgarities in them at all...so i think it's about time i helped my dad read some books in his library haha. he doesn't actually have a library, but he has a lot of books. and at the new place, we're gonna store them in the bomb shelter. yeah felicia you can sleep with the books!!! :)

SARAH!! I POSTED THE LETTER TO YOUR NEW ADDRESS AND YOURE NOT MOVING THERE YET?? you'll still get it rite? :D it should reach soon. haha i'm soo excited for you! so many stuff going on in your life( that you wrote about in your entry) that i have to comment on!
1) tell me when you actually do move in for good
2) use your new cam to take pics of your house so i can see whats up till i get back at least!
3) oh dear my short term memory is causing me to forget what else you wrote in your entry.
4) yeah i remember when i got my new house years ago we were so exvcited (cos we were just living opposite the road..haha) but we had to wait for the defects thingey too
5) i'm so JEALOUS!! i'm not 18 yet and youre already learning driving!! have fun and remember to get your license before august then you can drive me around when i get back! :D hehheh (i can;'t wait cos i think i will IMMEDIATELY sign up when i get back and try to get the license within a month!)
6) yeah i haven't read Christian books for a long time.. or for that matter i've only ever read like.. 1? 2? inmy life. if youre looking for some entertaining stories.. read James Herriot!! animal stories..hehheh so there's no sex and all that unless the animals are mating(!!) and it's pretyt good for people like you and me who don't have too much time these days to sit down and read a whole book.. they're like all stories within the chapter but still in away continuous...his books are my greatest companion at the moment apart from my.. uUGH lit texts. heh.
7)i wrot quite alot in my letter so u'll have quite abit to read.. and REPLY!! i'm waiting :D
