i am so full

just came back from dinner with my parents and their friends at yacht club. they're still there...singing karaoke maybe haha. wow that place is so cool... i never knew there was such a beautiful place in singapore. lovely sea breeze, seafood, and outdoor dining experience. and this place is in west coast, not east coast! aha, so i do have some nice sea-related thing in west coast haha. over dinner, one of the aunties told me about her friend's son (who was from mcm) who did a short film about his mother dying, and his mum acted as herself! haha it's funny and interesting at the same time. not that his mother was really dying, it was just the storyline.

tonight is one of the times i miss having my oldest brother around. never knew what good company he could provide, until he came home this summer. in him i have an exercise/movie/tv partner, and just having him around is nice.

yes so i'm very full now... but i really rather be full spiritually than physically. this holiday is a good time for me to reflect on the person i have been and what i really ought to be, as a disciple of Jesus Christ. please forgive me if i haven't been as LOVING, CARING, FORGIVING, SHARING, THOUGHTFUL, HUMBLE, PATIENT, and SELF-CONTROLLED as i should be.

and for all that i have in my life right now, i want to give all the credit to God. i know i don't show this openly, but truly, my source of strength, my source of hope, is Christ alone. and i really yearn for all my friends and relatives to believe in God, so that they may have PEACE and JOY that are out of this world! really, being in God's family is the BEST thing in your life. i love you all because God loves me. and He loves you too!!! really, really.
